With Matt’s six years of fitness industry, experience he has focused on specific sport athletics training and nutrition. He has always taken a diverse approach to training his clients by incorporating his love for both martial arts and yoga, to promote mindfulness and discipline.

Denise Morrison, Trainer

Denise's goal is to enhance the quality of life for as many people as possible through health and fitness. 

Denise has worked as a Personal Trainer at GoodLife Fitness and as a Small Group Fitness Instructor at Curves.

Denise's belief in health and fitness are part of her core values.  She has had her own Personal Trainer for over four years.  In that time Denise has been working out three times a week for five years.
